This is an internal NSU assessment of whether PA officials had an effective media strategy during the Gaza War. It concludes they did not: "The poor performance, and the contradictory and unclear (old) messages that were delivered by the different Palestinian officials, left an unprecedented negative image of the Palestinian leadership among the Palestinians, Arabs, and the international solidarity movements." The document also provides a long list of recommendations regarding future media strategies as well as expected Israeli narratives.
